I have over 20 years experience producing Expert Witness Speech and Language Therapy Reports. I receive instructions from both Claimants and Defendants and on a joint basis. My clinical expertise is in acquired brain injury and the communication and swallowing disorders that can arise from such an injury. Once I have received your instructions and considered the documents provided, I will visit your client either in the UK or abroad. Following detailed evidence-based assessments, I will report my findings and opinion and answer questions in line with CPR Part 35. Where appropriate, I will produce quantum reports and joint statements. I work with Sally and her team at The Medico Legal & Neuroscience Partnership, who provide me with comprehensive administrative management and support.
